What you can expect... 

First...
  • I'll provide you a brief overview and explanation of our different programs with my personal recommendations based on your personal needs.  
  • Choose from any one of my proprietary Zilla Barrier Mosquito and Tick blends, because "one size" does not fit all situations.  I have spent countless hours (because I love this stuff) researching, experimenting, and utilizing different formulations...I know what works best and what's, well, so-so.  
  • Anything from our GreenZilla Natural Organic, 14 day treatment program to our popular MAXZilla, 21-28 day Traditional blend, Tick Blends, or Hybrid Formulations, we have a solution for your Mosquito and Tick invaded property.        

Second...
  • We'll provide a start date, when a licensed and fully trained Zilla Tech, this doesn't mean a part time seasonally hired semi-professional applicator, but a real honest to goodness dedicated professional (that's me, a real pest control geek) will come to your home using the CORRECT application, taking the NECESSARY time to FULLY treat all mosquito and tick harborage areas.  
  • We don't short cut.
  • When I'm not directly applying a treatment, I'm ALWAYS there supervising my Zilla Techs. Your satisfaction is guaranteed, always.  
  • Beginning from early May (Ticks treatments begin in late April) we treat your yard either every 14 days or every 21 days (depending on the chosen formulations) till Mid October if necessary - Effective Tick Treatments require a season ending spray in mid to late October.  
  • We also provide EVENT spray programs for Barbecue's, Graduations, Weddings, Bat Mitvah's, Birthday Party's, Company Outings, and yes I've even done a treatment for an outdoor Doggy Birthday Celebration.  

Upon Completion...
  • ​After we've treated your yard with our Zilla blend, I'll leave a service ticket outlining the treatment performed and if necessary any recommendations that will enhance your "pest free" experience.  
  • With our barrier spray treatments you'll experience immediate results after just one spray treatment, with optimal results after 3 sprays. It's a conditioning process. 
  • For Green Treatments, Family and pets can safely return to the yard immediately after drying. We recommend waiting 30 minutes for the spray to dry and the smell (Garlic, Cedar, and or Botanical Oils) to dissipate.
  • With MAXZilla traditional spray, family and pets can return to the yard within 30 minutes, or when the spray is dry.
  • At this time we'll send you either a text message or email. Depending upon our agreement you may pay either by check or credit-debit card.  Pay as you go and cancel anytime.

Ticks 
  • ​Effective Tick Control is something many mosquito control companies make claims about, but few if any really take the time to employ methods that actually control ticks. In other words they are charging you or including something "commonly referred to as added service" that has little effect in controlling tick populations.   ​
  • The only way to effectively control ticks is to use methods and specific formulations that target ticks.  Most products, such as commonly used Permethrin, either degrade in the sun or get washed away long before they have any effective impact on the these eight legged parasites.  
  • Botanical Oils, such as Rosemary work well enough for Mosquito control, but have limited value in tick control.   ​

​The 3 Effective Methods for Tick Control: 

TickNinja Treatment - 
  • Cedar oil formulations (and not all are created equal) are far and away the most effective Green-Natural option for controlling ticks.
  • I use Cedar Oil Concentrates in my own yard. After trying numerous brands and different Organic products including Rosemary, Mint, and other Botanical formulations, Cedar is the only Green product to have any measurable effect on ticks.
  • For best results, 30 day treatments along with specific targeting of tick harborage's (tick habitats) are recommended.  

TickZilla - 
  • Traditional Treatment programs work well with a minimum quarterly treatment (every 60 days) using TickZilla blends.  

Tick Control System - TCS
  • For complete eradication of ticks on your property, TCS is your best defense.
  • Backed by extensive scientific research (conducted by the CDC - Center For Disease Control) the Tick Control System combined with a TickZilla Perimeter Treatment 3 times per year, will effectively eradicate 95% of all ticks on your property.*

GreenZilla Natural Organic Program

Natural Mosquito Control Available with our Natural Organic Program Compliant Spray (NOP).  Natural control requires re-treatment every 14days, and provides 75% mosquito reduction. While not as effective or long lasting as our traditional spray, the natural spray is safe for bees & bodies of water.
